Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area
Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area stretches across 40,000 acres of Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve and surrounding land in DeKalb County, making it one of the most significant natural landmarks in the entire metro Atlanta region. The exposed granite monadnock at the center of the preserve rises dramatically from the surrounding forest, and the 30-mile Arabia Mountain PATH trail connects the preserve to Stonecrest and Lithonia. Group hikes, nature programs, and outdoor education events draw school groups, corporate wellness outings, and community organizations year-round.
Charter buses and minibuses drop off at the Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve parking area off Woodrow Road.
